Easter Sunday, March 27, 2005
"Mary turned around and saw Jesus standing there but she did not know that it was Jesus... Jesus said to her, ‘Mary!’ She turned to him...."

Hear Jesus call you by name, whether you have recognized him today, or whether there is a long drought of sensible experience in your search for Jesus. Turn to him. What will you say to him?

Jesus, we beg to know ever more deeply that you are alive, present to us and within us, that you call us by name in a voice laden with love and longing. Help us to respond with our whole heart.
