Today’s reading is about bearing fruit. We are called to bear fruit. But to bear fruit we must be cultivated and watered and fertilized. What images can I find today that will help me be watered, fertilized, cultivated? Take a walk in your garden and if you don't have a garden find one to observe. Reflect on the care the gardener has taken. Has it been a fruitful garden or does it need more cultivation?
What can I do to cultivate the garden of my life ... my community ... my parish?
